We follow Safe Sanctuary policies to provide a safe environment for children, youth, and their leaders. We provide training to our volunteers, follow drop-off and release policies, have church-wide nametags, and we have two adults in every classroom. Children's Ministry
The children's Ministry focuses on providing opportunities for all of God's children to grow in their faith through being in a community. We offer several varieties of activities and events that center around education, missions, and fellowship. We try to look at the church through a child's perspective and aide in their spiritual growth by ensuring their needs are met in a creative manner. This includes Children in Worship, Children on Wonderful Wednesdays, and Monthly Educational/Fellowship opportunities.
Children in Worship:
Activity bags (children 3-6)
Special age appropriate bulletins (younger 3-6 yr old bulletin, older 7-12 yr old bulletin)
Children's sermon (a time during the service specifically set aside for a lesson for children)
Children's church (in a classroom during the remainder of the service that allows a more child-specific message to be shared).
Children's Monthly Fun (Educational & Fellowship):
Fellowship is also vital to this ministry and we are striving to provide activities each month for our children to participate in that brings in all ages.

We try to integrate missions into these fun activities to show our children that serving God and others is not something separate from having fun, but they work together to truly become the church.
Children have an amazing ability to completely bring out the message that Christ teaches and we want each and every child to be a part of this ministry. Our hope is to bring God's word into their lives to where it becomes part of their daily routine in a fun and exciting way. They will continue to look forward to the next step in their Christian walk as they go into the Youth program and then become active leaders in the church. We feel truly blessed to be a part of this ministry and look forward to seeing how it grows each year.
